Music From is comprised of three pieces of music by three separate artists (Outgrower, PMJJ and The Zion Curtain), yet the half hour that passes from note one of track one to the end of track three moves is a cohesive aural experience, even though there are many moods covered in the time allotted. A near-uniform track length (each artist offers up ten minutes) certainly augments that cohesion, as does a sort of two-part song structure.
